Before and after display photos
The field rep photographs the chest freezer on arrival and on leaving. Artificial intelligence compares the two images: how much space is filled, what is ours and what belongs to a competitor.
The field agent works from a phone: route, visit, photographs of the display before and after, arrival confirmed by satellite. A shop is created on the spot, together with its coordinates and a photograph of the entrance.
| Time | Shop | Field agent | Distance | Photos |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 09:14 | Günəş market | Tofig Ahmadov | 18 m | 2 |

The score measures the improvement made during the visit rather than an absolute standard, because reps call at different shops and a tidy freezer on arrival is not their doing.
Unreadable images are excluded from the score, which would otherwise punish picture quality instead of the work done.
The system records how far from the shop a visit was closed. A distant visit is accepted but flagged, so the manager can look into it rather than a penalty being applied at once.
The field rep registers a new outlet with coordinates and a photograph of the entrance from the vehicle, and the director receives an email each evening listing all additions.
Who went where, how far they drove and how long they spent at each call.
The data shown in the screens below is fictional.
Builds a one-day inspection round from shops that have coordinates: it picks the points by the «there is a reason to go» flag, works out the best order of travel and gives a link to open the round in Google Maps.
The control board for drivers: who is on shift, how many active tasks each one has and which deliveries are under way. It refreshes itself every 30 seconds.
The register of legal entities — chains, wholesalers and HORECA outlets. Shops are linked to these customers: one customer can have several shops.
Eight field-discipline checks: hours the phone was visible, phone-versus-vehicle gaps, «was nearby, no visit», suspicious shop coordinates (fixed with one button), duplicate cards, shops created from afar, two visits from one GPS point and the state of photos. It is a list for a conversation: every finding may have an innocent explanation.
The picture of the sales team over a period and the full analysis of one person's day: the GPS track on the map, numbered visit points, the visit table and the temperature in the vehicle's load compartment.
Customer orders: the chain of creation, confirmation, picking in the warehouse and delivery. Every order has its own number, product lines and a status.
The full list of the ice cream range — as cards grouped by category: barcode, internal code, weight, units per box, storage conditions and prices.
The main screen of the section: three tabs — «Shops» (the list and map of the points), «Freezers» and «Visits» (the expeditors' day in the field as cards, a table or a map). The «Inspection route» also opens from here as a side tab.
The live position of the sales team on a map — who is on shift, who is moving, when the last signal came. The list refreshes itself every 60 seconds.
