Equipment tracked unit by unit
Every chest freezer has its own number: where it stands, who holds it, what is under repair and what has been written off.
Records of trade equipment issued to shops: where it stands, who holds it, what is under repair and what has been written off. A handover is documented with a QR-coded certificate; repairs and write-offs follow a chain of approvals.

Placing equipment with a shop is recorded on a document whose authenticity can be verified by scanning its code.
Technician, accounts, then director. Until the director approves, the asset stays on the books.
Everything assigned to a departing representative is withdrawn in one step, either back to the warehouse or on to a colleague.
The field rep scans the barcode and confirms that the equipment is in place and working.
The data shown in the screens below is fictional.

The full register of all freezers: search, filters, the card of each asset and its full history. Most day-to-day operations (issuing, taking back, sending for repair) start here.
Check by code whether a freezer is in its place (by scanning or manual entry), print QR labels and see all the check records.
The working page for finding where freezers are through the chain channel → representative → point, and for taking them from a point back to the warehouse. Below there is a log of all the movements.
The work list of the factory workshop: open and closed repairs, the work done, the parts used and the cost. The result of the repair is recorded here.
Summary figures on how effective the freezers are: profitability by point, distribution by channel and a check of the accounting balance. All of it can be exported to Excel.
The act for taking a freezer out of circulation: the repair technician's technical opinion → the value from the accounts department → the director's approval. The asset leaves the records only when this chain is complete.
Artificial-intelligence comparison of the freezer photos the expeditor takes before and after a visit: how full it is, the share of our own products, competitor products and a tidiness score. Suspicious cases are flagged separately.
