Field agent GPS tracking and the day plan

The field agent's phone works like vehicle GPS: a point every minute while moving and every five minutes when stationary. Managers see the route for any day, and every morning the system builds a day plan and checks it against what actually happened in the evening.

  1. 1In the morning the system builds each field agent a day plan: shops that have not been visited for a while, in the shortest order from the factory. A manager can adjust it.
  2. 2The field agent sees the plan in the app and opens navigation with one tap; the track records itself all day.
  3. 3In the evening the manager sees trips, stops, plan completion and extra distance — on screen or on paper.

What this gives you

Like vehicle GPS, but for people

The track by date and time, trips and stops, a movement player. One button shows a single trip.

Every stop means something

Stops are labelled automatically: visit, at a shop without a visit, factory, overnight stay, unknown place. Anyone who stood at a shop and did not start a visit is visible at once.

The line follows the roads

Straight lines between points are snapped to roads. The calculation runs once and is remembered — viewing again costs nothing.

The day plan builds itself

The system knows each shop's usual visit interval and picks the ones that are due, within the field agent's daily norm. A manager adds shops and changes the order.

Plan versus actual

What share of the plan was done, whether the order was kept, which visits were unplanned and how much extra distance was driven.

A report in one click

A trips report for a period for several people: search, sorting by any column, Excel and print. A field agent sees only themselves.

GPS tracking

Expeditors' movement by date and time — like vehicle GPS: the track on the map, trips and stops, visits, road-matched route, the day's plan and a trips report for a period. An expeditor sees only their own track.

  • ✓View the team's daily table: km, moving time, trips, stops at shops without a visit, daytime silence
  • ✓Open the track of one or several people by date (up to 7 days) and time, play back the movement
  • ✓Pick a trip with a button and show only that trip on the map and in the player
  • ✓Snap the line to roads (Google) and show the day's plan over the track
  • ✓Build a trips report for a period (up to 31 days, up to 10 people), print it and export to Excel

Route plan

A day plan for each expeditor: the system picks their shops that have not been visited for a long time, in the shortest order from the factory; a manager adjusts it and the expeditor sees it in the app. At the end of the day the plan is compared with what actually happened.
